DUMPSTERS are final for 2023: Dumpster campaign begins again in May and again in October.
If you would like one placed in front of your residence, please notify the HOA Board
via e-mail to:

Please keep in mind that the dumpsters are for residents' personal use, not for commercial contractor use at job sites.
The Homeowners Association cannot afford to supply and pay for dumpsters used by commercial contractors.

Other Issues of Concern - Jefferson County has a leash law for dogs:
"Dogs allowed to roam the streets are not only a nuisance and dangerous to the public, but are in constant danger from cars, irate people, and even other dogs. All dogs must be on a leash or confined on the owner's premises at all times. Dogs in violation of the leash law may be detained by a citizen, turned over to Animal Control and impounded at the Foothills Animal Shelter. In addition to impoundment fees, owners can be issued a summons for a violation of county regulations."

Homeowners in our community have incurred hundreds of dollars in vet fees because of altercations with their leashed animal and an aggressive unleashed one. Please put your dog on a leash when walking. This also will prevent unleashed dogs from roaming through yards and harassing homeowners and their pets.
We have also had a request to ask everyone to please pick up after their animals. Some homeowners have complained of dog waste in their front yards. No one enjoys this, so if you bring it with you, then please take it away.
